SHIPPING

Orders are generally processed on the same day they are received. Please note that ACH transfers can take up to 5 days to clear. Once payment has cleared, orders typically ship within 1-2 business days.

Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Be sure to check your spam folder.

Please note: For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

WARRANTY

Gubtek gear is guaranteed for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. Any such defects will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Gubtek.

This does not include user damage from dropping, liquid, modifications, incorrect power connections, etc.

This warranty applies only to the original purchasing agent.

RETURNS

Items purchased from us can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund (minus the original and return shipping costs).

Returned items must be in “as new” condition and with original packaging. Please allow up to 7 business days from the arrival date of your package for approval and processing of your return.

All returns are subject to a possible 15% restock fee for any user damage present on a returned item.
